Trauma-informed yoga incorporates breathing exercises and mindfulness to help reduce stress and the physiological symptoms of anxiety. This style of yoga is less about exercise and more about re-establishing and healing the mind-body connection by encouraging you to be present in your body. Yoga is offered twice monthly online.
