Trauma-Informed Yoga

Trauma-informed yoga incorporates breathing exercises and mindfulness to help reduce stress and the physiological symptoms of anxiety. This style of yoga is less about exercise and more about reestablishing the mind-body connection by encouraging you to be present in your body. Yoga is offered twice monthly — once in-person (also streamed on our IG live) and once online.
